SHIPPING + RETURNS

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental U.S.

*Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International Orders.

Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE! We prepare your shipment according to the service that you select at checkout. Please note that all orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped out the carrier will bill you for any import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.  

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES: 


We gladly make exchanges or issue store credit on our full-priced items in new condition with tags intact. You have 15 days to return items upon receipt of the package. Gift cards are non-refundable. Undergarments cannot be returned.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so we can guarantee that we have received your package.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we are currently unable to offer exchanges or returns on sale/discounted items as they are final sale.

Returns/exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the package. We'll send you a confirmation email when your refund/exchange has been processed.
